How will my order be shipped to me?

All of our items are shipped via PostNL or DHL, with tracking number, and arrive in a small box.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We will process your order within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, it may take up to 2 days for your order to arrive, depending on your country. Most orders arrive within 1 week, however.

To the following countries the shipping time is up to 40 days: (This is due to the customs there and distance from our warehouse.) If you want to order from one of these countries please contact us via info@legendary-members-club.com

South Africa, South America, Nigeria, Mexico, Egypt, India and Macedonia

When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order. When your order is shipped, the tracking information is visible. Due to the current high demand on our “Legendary Members Club” products this process may endure slight delays.

We are working on getting our shipping time down to 2 business days in the near future.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us here or at INFO@LEGENDARY-MEMBERS-CLUB.COM within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund.

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
